Challenge

Mechanics on field service receive orders to maintain displays and other technical devices at different locations. Then they have to prioritize the orders and plan routes to the different job sites. On site the mechanics document their output with help of camera an paper forms. Back at the headquarter they enter all data related with their order into the system manually - a time-consuming and error-prone process!

Solution

To facilitate work for employees on field service we developed an iPad app that offers digital online and offline access to someones orders. The app plans routes for the machanics whereby it considers priorities of orders and availability of material. Besides mechanics gather output and accounts direct on site - fast and digital accessible for all involved parties!
